Next week I start a job as a baker at FLOUR Bakery + Cafe in the South End of Boston. But I like healthy food. But I like baking too. There’s something fulfilling about working your hands into large batches of dough, manipulating and shaping it into the desired result. It’s therapeutic. You kind of lose yourself in it.
